Adapted from Llopis’ book, Earning Serendipity, this tool evaluates participants’ ability to create and sustain opportunities in their work environment.

By identifying “Seers, Sowers, Growers, and Sharers” within the team, the assessment reveals strengths and areas for growth. It also empowers individuals to recognize their own performance gaps and uncover opportunities for skill enhancement.
